Sync Button

The Sync button is used to send and receive important Insight data to and from our encrypted Insight servers with participants. If the participant’s activity log is not up-to-date, having the participant press the Sync button will update this log. However, the participant will need a stable internet connection for the sync to be successful.

When the Insight app is opened, there will be a gear icon on the top right. Click to access the Settings menu.

Send Logs

The Send Logs button was added in case the Insight app unexpectedly

closed

closes on the participant, this button can be pressed and a log will be sent to mHealth. This log will provide information as to why the application

crashed

unexpectedly closed and to provide improved support with future releases.
