When the Insight app is installed on Android or iOS, it will immediately present a one-time code that must be submitted to a research team member. Once the research team member has the code, they can

then

enter the participant’s unique code into the EDC during Participant registration. Once the code is entered,

then

the Participant is registered to the Study and the Participant can begin study participation.

Note

It is important to not interrupt the sync process and to let Insight fully complete its sync. Interrupting this process may cause undesired results.

Accepting Permissions

After the participant clicks “Start”, the phone will ask for permission to allow Insight to communicate with the phone. Phone make/model will vary and may look different. Permissions must be accepted and allowed in order for Insight to work correctly.
