Create or Edit a Stage

To add a new Stage, click on “Add a New Stage” or to edit a Stage, click on “Stage”.

The “Duration Value” can be a number like “15” which means the stage will be 15 days long. If a number is entered such as “15.6:20” it means the stage is 15 days, 6 hours and 20 minutes long (dd.hh:mm).

Create or edit a Schedule

To create a new schedule in a stage, click on the “+ Schedule” button.

To see existing schedules in a stage, hit the “+” button to the left of the row.

The row will expand and show the existing schedules within the stage.

To edit a schedule, click the ‘Schedule’ button next to the schedule that needs to be edited.

Notification Timeout

Notifications for Scheduled Events (Fixed, Random, or Offset) will appear in the Notification Section of the phone.

A fixed time (in minutes) can be introduced so the Notification will only be valid for a set amount of time. After the allotted time has expired, the notification will no longer be valid and the assessment will not be able to be completed.

If attempted, the app will open but no assessment will be displayed.

Edit Schedule and Notification Timeout

To Edit the Notification Timeout and other Schedule settings, click on ‘Schedule’ and a dialog box will open where changes may be made. After changes are complete, click next.

Click ‘Done’ to save any edits made.
