Once the Participant is successfully registered, the Insight app displays the home screen with all available Participant-Initiated Events.

Sync Button
The Sync button is used to send and receive important Insight data to and from our encrypted Insight servers with participants. If the participant’s activity log is not up-to-date, having the participant press the Sync button will update this log. However, the participant will need a stable internet connection for the sync to be successful.
When the Insight app is opened, there will be a gear icon on the top right. Click to access the Settings menu.
Send Logs
The Send Logs button was added in case the Insight app unexpectedly closes on the participant, a participant is not receiving multiple notifications, or any activity that is outside of normal, this button can be pressed and an email with the log will be sent to mHealth Team. This log will provide information as to why the application is not working as it should and provide improved support with future releases.
