Video
The video question type collects the number of seconds a user has watched the video. Acceptable URLs include YouTube videos that contain “watch” in the URL (e.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch……).
This feature requires an active data plan or Wi-Fi connection to access the internet.

To create, select video for the question type. The title will be displayed above the video on the participant’s device.
Enter the URL and select whether to start the video automatically and/or play the video to the end. Checking “Autoplay” will automatically start playing the video when the question is presented, but if left unchecked the participant will need to click the play button. Checking “Play Video to the End” will require the participant to fully watch the video in its entirety, but if left unchecked the participant can proceed at any time. The video always plays in full screen mode whether the video is initiated by the participant or by the Autoplay being checked.
Insight Phone Display
The video will appear, and the video can be played by clicking on the play button. The phone will automatically enter full screen mode (landscape orientation). If the video is not compatible, you will see a message saying it appears that you are offline. If this error is observed and the video is compatible, ensure there is a strong and stable internet connection and tap on “Try Again.”
