Type a variable name, select “Radio” as the question type, and fill in the remaining fields.

Next, enter the response text that will be presented on the participant’s device and the value that will be recorded in the dataset. Addition rows can be added using the “Add a Row” button and rows can be deleted by clicking on the delete icon. The participant view will be the same for both Android and Apple.
