Allows the participant to select a single date from the device system calendar, with the available option for restricted date ranges.
When creating a date picker question type, select “Date” from the list of available question types and fill in the remaining required fields. After all fields have been completed, click “Done.”

The next form allows the option to restrict days a participant can select (i.e., limiting selectable days to 5 days ahead and 5 days ago).

A negative value (-) will allow the participant to select past dates. |
In this example, a participant can select any of the past 10 days in which they had the greatest urge to smoke.
This question type will use the device’s calendar to chose a date and will visually vary depending if you have an Android or Apple device.
Dates that can be selected are in black and dates that cannot be selected are greyed out. |
If a date is selected beyond the range set, the date will revert back the current date. |
