Once the Participant is successfully registered, the Insight app displays the home screen with all available Participant Initiated Components.
Sync Button
The Insight app attempts to sync data to our server when participants interact with the app. however, in rare cases participants may need to manually sync app data with the server.
When the Insight app is opened, there will be a gear icon on the top right. Click to access the settings menu.
Send Logs
The send logs button was added in case the Insight app unexpectedly closes on the participant, a participant is not receiving multiple notifications, or any activity is outside of normal operation. This button can be pressed and an email with the log will be sent to mHealth team. This log will provide information as to why the application is not working as it should and provide improved support with future releases.
