This new app is different from our previous Content Management System (CMS). They are separate apps entirely and do not overlap or interact in anyway.

When searching for the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) version, it will look like this in the Google Play Store

It will look like this in the Apple App Store

Apple Only

Steps to update per new Apple requirements:

  1. Device must be connected to Wi-Fi.

  2. Open the Apple App Store and search mHealth Insight Platform and update the app.

  3. Open the Insight app and let it sync without interrupting the process.

  4. Once the sync has finished, the update is complete.
