The email question type allows you to send an encrypted email to study team members when prespecified conditions are met.

To create an email question type, select “Email” in the list of available question types.

Enter in the required fields denoted by “*” then select “Next” when finished.

The email body can be personalized to display a participant's name, phone number, or address information.

The next form is where “To,” “CC,” and “BCC” can be entered. Multiple email addresses may be added in the CC and BCC sections. The email addresses must be separated with a comma.

After emails have been entered, click “Done” to complete and save the question.
