Participants see a configurable countdown timer. While on this question type, participants must wait until the timer reaches 0 before proceeding to the next question.
This question type can be used for, but not limited to, the following:
- lead participants through breathing exercises if they are feeling anxious or troubled
- instruct participants to do a light exercise in the allotted time
- let participants reflect on their day or meditate during this time
